WeChat QR PVC coated gabions are double-twisted hexagonal wire mesh baskets based on hot-dip galvanized steel wire, covered with a fused PVC protective layer. The PVC jacket is bonded tightly to the zinc-coated steel core, adding extra protection against corrosion, abrasion, UV rays and harsh water environments. They are widely selected for projects exposed to saltwater, acidic soil, contaminated water and strong sunlight, where standard galvanized gabions may not deliver a long enough service life.
All PVC gabion baskets are supplied flat packed to save container space and lower your freight cost. On-site assembly follows the same simple process as galvanized gabions: open the panels, connect them with lacing wire or spiral binders, fill the cage with suitable stone, then fasten the lid. No complex equipment or concrete is required.
